Nanotechnology has attracted a great deal of attention as a key technology
for achieving the future technologies we dream of today. EBINA research and development
is already being applied in high-precision finishing technology for a wide range
of plating materials, including deposition technology in the nano field and insulating
substrates such as ceramics. This is all made possible through adoption of the
very most advanced inspection and measurement devices, such as glow discharge
optical emission spectroscopy analyzers (introduced by us for the first time
in Japan) and the finest electron microscopes.
