Original R&D for next and future generations. Our technological and production
expertise supports the rapid advancement of new technologies.
As an R&D-driven laboratory and factory combination, EBINA works in close
collaboration with the production departments of a wide range of research institutes.
Our Techno Mark facility focuses on the development of nanotechnology, while
the Techno Lab provides ENCS directly to production sites for improved quality
control and superior mass-production technology. Each of our facilities is equipped
with state-of-the-art analysis and inspection devices operated by highly-skilled
engineers, offering experimentation/solutions in electronics and a wide range
of other fields.
Techno Mark
- The Techno Mark laboratory, established in 2002 as the world's first surface finishing technology center, promotes cutting-edge technological development and experimental production/ solutions business.
Techno Lab.
- The Techno Lab consists of three cooperative divisions. Techno Lab 1 conducts test production for manufacturing based on research and development data supplied by Techno Mark. Techno Lab 2 uses ENCS to collect data on and manage the continually fluctuating chemical balance of plating bath solutions for manufacturing lines. Techno Lab 3 conducts testing and technical research for mass production.
ENCS
- ENCS stands for the Ebina Numerical Control System. This original system creates the optimal plating bath and production environment by using in-house LAN to link communication between the plating factory and the Techno Lab.
Main Factory
- Our main factory handles all manner of electroless plating techniques, including plating on plastics and EMI shield plating. ENCS is enhanced with a LAN system to the Techno Lab. The facility has its own mass production lines and also houses state-of-the-art laboratories such as the AT-Zone, NC-Zone, and HQ-Zone. These highly distinguished features place our main factory far above average for mass production.
