ENCS, our digitally controlled production system, enhances speed and quality with a direct link between the laboratory and the plating factory.

Our Head Office/Main Factory complex includes the Techno Mark and the Techno Lab divisions. The Techno Lab has three divisions, one for evaluation and test production based on research results from Techno Mark; one for promoting research on mass production; and one for performing centralized control of chemical data by ENCS. By directly connecting all laboratories and production sites with a LAN system we offer stability in terms of quality and mass production and effectively reduce production times. Furthermore, production site data is fed back to the Techno Mark and the Techno Lab for application to new R&D projects. The AT-Zone, NC-Zone, and HQ-Zone carry out analyses, tests, evaluations, and technical applications (including the development of advanced technologies), and promote our commitment to quality and production efficiency.

Conventional plating production processes relied on painstaking human supervision and maneuvering to control the plating bath chemical concentrations, maintain proper temperature and make voltage adjustments. As a result, the productivity and quality of plating were variable. By converting high level technical skills into numerical values, EBINA pioneered ENCS, a system that allows anyone to carry out these procedures uniformly and speedily. Cutting-edge theory and facilities further enhance sophisticated technologies and, with direct information exchange via LAN, contribute to the evolution of the plating processes.
